大马国际篮球邀请赛：川进终场前0.2秒神奇命中‧大马挫新保爭冠梦

（吉隆坡）病癒的魏川进今日（週六，9月6日）在终场前0.2秒投入逆转致胜的一球，帮助大马国油队在大马篮总体育馆上演的精彩鏖战中经歷加时赛后以93比92力挫新加坡腾飞之狮，保住爭夺大马国际男篮邀请赛桂冠的希望。
加时赛终场前7.8秒，阿尔敏两罚不中，但埃歷克.桑德林补篮得手，让腾飞之狮以92比91反超。眼看比赛即將结束，魏川进却在哨声吹响前投入价值连城的两分，终让大马队逆转战胜夺冠热门腾飞之狮，並走出週五（9月5日）遭印度逆转的阴影。
魏川进週五因感冒没有上场，他週六早上还打了针，但却在晚上表现八面玲瓏，全场13投11中，攻下23分。美国外援贾玛布朗也表现神勇，射入4个三分球，拿下全场最高的32分8篮板。
大马队目前与腾飞之狮、韩国庆熙大学、台湾璞圆建筑同得2胜1负，接下来必须力爭打败香港和庆熙大学，才有机会爭冠。
腾飞之狮此役开赛后凭藉嫻熟的配合而以12比2领先。但大马队控卫黄万新、贾玛布朗及布里治沃特適时挺身而出，回敬一波12比2，在首节还剩3分30秒时將比分追至14比14，双方首节以18比18战平。
大马队在第2节曾一度以26比23领先。但腾飞之狮隨后连续投入4个三分球，而以39比31重夺领先权，大马队在半场时追至36比43。
大马队在第3节开始后不久在许伟德带动下打出9比1，而在本节还剩约7分钟时追至45比46，此节结束时以大马队59比63落后。
第4节，魏川进在最后时刻连得6分，帮助大马队在比赛还剩1分13秒时以77比74反超，但腾飞之狮的黄立人隨后三分球中鵠，77比77平，使得双方需加时再战。

Malaysia win by a point against fancied Slingers
KUALA LUMPUR: Hosts Malaysia Petronas pulled off a stunning 93-92 win over favourites Singapore Slingers in overtime in the Malaysia International Basketball Championship (MIBC) at the Maba Stadium here last night.
Malaysia, powered by American forwards Brad Bridgewater and Jamal Brown, and the Slingers traded blow for blow before finishing 77-all in regulation time.
The Singaporeans, fielding players from the Philippines, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, led for most of the game until the homesters caught up to take the lead — 75-73 — for the first time with two minutes left on the clock.
In overtime, Malaysia were lifted by the vociferous home crowd and raised their game to another level to stun the Slingers.
Jamal topscored for Malaysia with 32 points followed by Wee Chuan Chin (23) while Blago Janev was the sharpshooter for the Slingers with 19 points.
Malaysia won their opening game 109-104 against Pure Youth and Construction side of Taiwan before losing 78-85 to India while the Slingers defeated Hong Kong 96-67 and South Korea’s Kyung Hee University 100-81 in their first two outings.
In other matches yesterday, Pure Youth and Construction and Kyung Hee University both scored their second wins, defeating India 115- 95 and Hong Kong 73-46 respectively.
